A lifelong dream has finally taken shape. Scott, the owner and craftsman behind Naked Wood Creations, grew up in rural Michigan, born in 1965 and raised among farm country. Those early years instilled in him the values that guide his work today—honesty, hard work, integrity, and character.

From a young age, Scott discovered a deep love for creating and building with wood. His path led him through nearly every corner of home construction: framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry, architectural millwork, and custom staircase design. Along the way, he had the privilege of learning from some of the finest craftsmen in their trades.
